Biography

In dancing, I won many titles in the American style Ballroom - 

Latin and Theatrical arts categories thoughout the USA, Chef/pro Latin dancer "having 20 plus years in the dance industry & 12 years as a chef I have combined these two arts and created the "Dancing Gourmet" in which I cook (3) dishes and dance for audiences" currently touring and performing throughout the US in the culinary & dance industries for competitions/demonstrations/shows and TV appearances, 3 time Bon Appetit Classic Champion Chef, 1999 John Beard Foundation Award winner, 2000 Super Chef Atlanta, 5 time Grand Champion Chef at the Texas Challenge.
